Whitehorse Lake

Okay the answer is YES to those of you asking if we have been out of town every weekend this month! And we will be out of town three out of the four in July! I start my new job at the end of July so we are takin' as much vacation as we can! :D On Friday night we went up to Whitehorse Lake (it's between Prescott and Flagstaff) with Ben's family. We had fun and it was a nice change of scenery and weather! And Friday was also Lauren's (Ben's sister) birthday. Happy birthday Lauren! Here are a few pics...

On Wednesday to celebrate Ben's birthday I got him a cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory as per his request and we went and watched the movie Iron Man with his cousin Kyle who just got back from his mission. Not gonna lie, I actually liked the movie! Hope you had an awesome 23rd birthday baby!

1) He was born in Prescott Valley on June 25th, 1985. He had really blonde hair as a kid!

2) His middle name is Arden, after his dad.

3) He LOVES the outdoors. Get him on the subject of hunting and he will not stop talking.

4) He likes to hike, which doesn't work out so good for me since I hate it!

5) He is the best cook ever!

6) He always thinks of little projects to do, and then completes them in like a day, when it should've really taken him a week! (For example: shelves in garage, sprinkler system and grass in backyard, doghouse, etc.)

7) He always knows how to make me laugh. Anyone ever seen his sweet dances moves?

8) He is 5' 10" and can dunk a basketball.

9) He is very handy and can fix just about anything (i.e. my car!)

10) He is a University of Arizona men's basketball fan freak!

11) He is my best friend and love of my life. I don't know what I would do without him!

Sacramento/Grand Canyon Trip!

Well, this past weekend I flew to Sacramento with my cousin Mickey to go see Naomi! We had lots of fun...a baseball game, going out to eat (ALOT! YUM!), swimming, shopping, getting our nails done, and just hangin' out! Thanks for a great weekend Tyler and Naomi! Ben, on the other hand, made a trip to the Grand Canyon with his brother Wayne and some other friends he met through Josh. They hiked down to Havasupai Falls. He said the trip was exhausting but a blast! When I looked at the pictures, I thought, dang it's so pretty I wish I would've gone! But then he told me about the hike back out and I'm like No Thanks! Here are a few pics from our trips:) and PS: Ben DID give me permission to post the last pic!

Thursday June 5th: We left for my grandparents house in Victorville, CA in the afternoon.
Friday June 6th: Had a relaxing day with my family and grampa & gramma Frazier. Ben worked on my car.
Saturday June 7th: We left early from my grandparents and headed over to my Uncle Jeff's house in Huntington Beach. EVERYONE (this included Grandpa & Grandma Crosby, BC Crosby's, Davis's, AZ Frazier's, HB Frazier's, & SC Frazier's!) went to the beach! We had a great day there boogie-boarding, eating, playing volleyball and frisbee, surfing, and having a bonfire!
Sunday June 8th: The majority of everyone went paintballing all day at SC Village (the moms and little girls stayed home and went shopping at the swap meet!)
Monday June 9th: We arrived in San Diego around noon and our cruise ship left at four.
Tuesday June 10th: "Fun Day at Sea," Alissa's 15th birthday! Layed out and ate alot!
Wednesday June 11th: Cabo San Lucas! Mom's 29th birthday! ;) Everyone except grandpa, grandma, and Ashtyn went snorkeling. We saw lots of cool fish and it was lots of fun!
Thursday June 12th: "Fun Day at Sea" Hung out for hours in the hot tub with Ashtyn & Cassidy! Ate some more! Our table waiters were the best! They were so funny, they made the trip! I beat my grandma in cards! I must document it because it will probably never happen again! Uncle Brandon won $750 in BINGO! Woo hoo!
Friday June 13th: Ensenada! Jorden Lynn's 17th birthday! Everyone (we were a BIG crowd!) went shopping. Ben bought a wooden elk (would you expect anything else?) and a hammock. I bought a dress, deck of cards, a bobble penguin which is now super glued to the dash of my car, and some anklets!
Saturday June 14th: We arrived back to the port in the morning. We went with my family back to Uncle Jeff's house for Jason's high school graduation party. We ate lots of good food there! I love visiting with family. My family left that night to head back to my grampa Frazier's house and Ben & I just stayed the night at Jeff's. Thanks Uncle Jeff & Aunt Leah!
Sunday June 15th: Happy Father's Day! We left right after breakfast for Prescott to pick up our dog. Ben's grandpa was so nice to watch him for us! Along the way we had some car problems...luckily we made it home! (Stupid car!!) We stayed for a family dinner in Prescott then headed to Phoenix around five or so. It was such a great vacation and we had such a good time with everyone!

Birthdays!

Okay, well since Alissa and my mom will be having their birthdays while we are on our cruise, I figured I would post about them beforehand!

~My Mom~

1. She was born on June 11, 1963, the second child of Steve & Sharon Crosby.

2. Her favorite color is green.

3. Her favorite dinner is fettuccini alfredo and her favorite place to eat is Olive Garden.

4. She has a degree from NAU in teaching.

5. She is a substitute teacher, SJHS varsity softball coach, counselor in relief society, and full time MOM!

6. She will only waterski if it's over 100 degrees outside and the water temp is over 75! LOL

7. She makes the best homemade bread ever!

8. She is a great listener.

9. She loves her family more than anything and will be the first to sacrifice for any of us.

10. She loves to play cards and will cheat to win! (haha jk mom!)

11. She is known to be forgetful (it's in our genes!)

12. She is the best mom ever and I hope I can one day be as good of a mom as she is!

1. She was born on June 10, 1993 in Show Low, AZ. (One day before my mom's bday)

2. She is now a big sophomore in high school and can't wait to drive!

3. She is a spunky blue-eyed, blonde-hair girl, who absolutely loves to text.

4. Her favorite color is orange.

5. She was the cutest, chubbiest baby you have ever seen! I used to pretend she was one of my dolls.

6. She is VERY competitive...she plays all the sports - Soccer, Basketball, and Softball.

7. She loves to waterski almost as much as I do ;)

8. She has asthma, but that never slows her down!

9. She loves to get my hand-me-down clothes (haha jk!)

10. She wants to go to cosmetology school after high school.

11. She can always make me smile :)
