I was uploading pictures from my camera the other night and allyson posed for me and said "cheese"! so obviously i HAD to take her picture! she is just too fun sometimes:)

another attempt at my trying to be a more "fun' mom...but this one kinda failed. :( I really wish that Allyson wasnt such a chicken little! she basically stayed right next to me the entire time and wouldn't go play on the little playground area because a big bucket of water would dump out on top of everything every couple minutes. she starts ISR swim lessons tomorrow so I am hoping that these will help her be more brave!

Kilee slept for the first hour or so that we were there, which made it so nice! Especially since Allyson was being so high maintenance!

our trip to the zoo!

I have been trying to be a more involved mother by taking Allyson to do fun activities. I am not sure if she is old enough to appreciate my effort yet but I think she has been having a least a LITTLE fun:) Better than sitting at home bored all day! I was able to get a discounted zoo ticket for me and Allyson & Kilee are free, so I called up my friend Bailey and we set up a zoo date! Our friend Danielle and her two kids joined us as well. Allyson LOVED it! She is obsessed with animals so I knew she would. She got kind of tired towards the end and I had to put her on the front part of our stroller (good thing she is still small!) But the weather that day was PERFECT:)

Allyson's Birthday BBQ

We had a BBQ with some friends and family for Allyson's birthday weekend. She was basically the only little kid there, so to say she was spoiled rotten is an understatement! Yes Allyson, there are many perks to being the oldest granddaughter on both sides! (I should know;)

had to post this pic because I think its hilarious! as ash says, we need our own reality show! this is after most everyone has left (at about 10pm) alivia on her computer (probably looking at wedding stuff), me nursing, allyson eating more guac & chips, shea texting, alissa flipping off richard (the cameraman), ashley keeping ava alseep and texting looking bored as ever, lycie texting her many boyfriends, and ben playing with one of allysons toys. LOL we rule.
